1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bdt bat platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use any part of the bdt bat website, mobile interface, or associated services.

bdt bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdt bat.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on bdt bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdt bat strictly prohibits access by minors. Proof of age may be requested at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or personal self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming or gambling activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bdt bat employee or contractor in a position that creates a material conflict of interest with platform operations.

bdt bat operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are approved. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one active account on bdt bat. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdt bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying bdt bat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

bdt bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bdt bat that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login details with any third party, or permitting any other person to access your account on your behalf, is a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdt bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt bat does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by third-party payment service providers — including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank — are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made via bank transfer may be subject to a higher minimum as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited to your bdt bat wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdt bat is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bdt bat in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Typically within 2–24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer: Typically within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically within 3–5 business days of approval.

bdt bat reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bdt bat compliance team in writing.

Funds in your bdt bat wallet that have remained inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. You will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any inactivity fee deductions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdt bat offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdt bat promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses and associated free spins must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused bonuses that expire within this period are forfeited without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific jackpot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet rule: When playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Activating a second bonus before the first is completed will result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.

bdt bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed by players in good faith prior to the change.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee returns, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdt bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of personal details during KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets that return guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits regardless of outcome ("arbitrage abuse").
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games or sporting events on which bets are placed on bdt bat.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where doing so would expose bdt bat to legal liability.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt bat staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdt bat software, platform architecture, or security systems.

bdt bat employs risk management, fraud detection, and anti-money-laundering (AML) systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious activity is detected, bdt bat reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend withdrawals, and request additional documentation pending investigation, without incurring any liability to the account holder during the review period.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bdt bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdt bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The bdt bat name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of the bdt bat platform. You may not use any of these trademarks, trade names, or service marks without the prior written consent of bdt bat. Unauthorised use of bdt bat's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Game content displayed on the platform — including game graphics, sounds, mechanics, and mathematics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to bdt bat for display purposes only. Players have no rights in or to this game content beyond the right to play the games as intended.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the bdt bat platform or its content without the express written permission of bdt bat.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your bdt bat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, bdt bat will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Closure by bdt bat: bdt bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a specified time frame.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring closure.
• Extended account inactivity combined with an inability to contact the account holder.

Where an account is closed by bdt bat due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as regulatory requirements — bdt bat will make reasonable efforts to return any verified balance to the account holder's payment method on record.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt bat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
